By using Axion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta Terms

Axion is provided free during beta. Features may change without notice. In extreme cases, data may be reset with advance notice to beta users.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer proprietary features planned for future releases, or use Axion for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Axion's software, including planned coaching heuristics, persona templates, and move-extraction technology, is the property of Axion. You receive a limited license to use the service for personal speedcubing practice.

Limitation of Liability

Axion is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including competition results or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Axion at any time and export your data before leaving.
