Acceptance

By using Axion at axioncubing.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Axion is a free speedcubing timer and training application. Current functionality—including timing, sessions, drills, data export, and account sync—will remain free for both existing and new users. We may add features over time and publish them as they are developed.

Your solve records, session data, and profile settings are stored securely in Appwrite Cloud and are not subject to routine data resets. We do not wipe user data as a matter of policy. You may export your data at any time and delete your account from Settings.

Axion is provided on an ongoing basis and may evolve. We will provide reasonable notice before any material change that affects how your data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer proprietary features, scrape the service at scale, or use Axion for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Axion's software, branding, coaching heuristics, persona templates, and move-extraction technology are the property of Axion. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal speedcubing practice.

Limitation of Liability

Axion is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including competition results or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for the free service, is zero).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Axion at any time and export your data before leaving.
