Privacy Policy

Overview

Axion respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect during V1 (timer, drills, and analytics) and your rights during the beta phase.

Data We Collect

We store account information via Clerk (email, authentication tokens) and solve records in Appwrite: times, scrambles, penalties, session names, tag labels, and drill progress. V1 does not collect video, coaching responses, or move-list analysis data.

Video Processing

V1 does not record or process video. When AI analysis ships in a future update, video will be processed entirely in your browser. No video files will be uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Processors

Clerk handles authentication (SOC 2 compliant). Appwrite Cloud stores your solve database. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Your Rights

You may export your solve data at any time via csTimer-compatible formats. You may delete your account from Settings → Privacy or request data correction by contacting support during beta.

Axion is in beta. Features and this policy may change. We will provide notice before any material changes affecting your data.
