Privacy Policy

Overview

Axion respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use axioncubing.com, how it is stored, and your rights. Axion's current timer, drill, and analytics features are free and will remain free for existing and new users.

Data We Collect

We store account information via Clerk (email, authentication tokens) and solve records in Appwrite: times, scrambles, penalties, session names, tag labels, drill progress, and profile preferences. Axion does not collect video, coaching responses, or move-list analysis data in the current release.

How We Store Data

Your solve and profile data is stored in Appwrite Cloud, a secure hosted database. We do not perform routine data wipes or beta resets. Data you save to your account persists until you delete it or close your account. Guest-mode data stays in your browser only and is not synced until you create an account.

Video Processing

Axion does not record or process video today. When AI analysis ships in a future update, video will be processed entirely in your browser. No video files will be uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Processors

Clerk handles authentication. Appwrite Cloud stores your solve database. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Your Rights

You may export your solve data at any time via csTimer-compatible formats. You may delete your account from Settings → Privacy. We will provide notice before any material change to this policy that affects how your data is collected or stored.
